For me, as much as I love Daenerys and Jon, I don't think either will sit on the throne. They are the favorites to win in my opinion, but George RR Martin is all about the shock factor, so who knows what he has planned... Could be Tyrion, could be Sansa.. Heck it could even be freakin Robyn Aaryn (Please kill me if so)..
