R-R-Red Ranger Jan 28, 2010: I am now a Red ranger. How exciting? He was my favourite power ranger as a kid. Well that was until the Green ranger came along.

I'm back Nov 3, 2009: It's been a while Tengaged. I had to leave for a while because someone close to me passed away and I wasn't really up for this game right now. But i'm picking myself back up and trying to move on :); Points: 52 9 comments
I won my 2nd Rookies! Oct 9, 2009: First time in 4th months that i've won a Rookies. A lot of the time i've been in dominant alliances fucked over by PoV but this time it was perfect. Love you all.

Game #10164, the defintive round up. Oct 9, 2009: Wow, what an excellent game. I am so proud of myself for coming 1st, my first win in 4 months. I genuinely worked hard in this game. And I would really love to tell my story, although perhaps the only people who will care are those involved, at least everyone will be informed. But remember, this shit is epic and a long detailed read, don't moan about it!

I was sitting in my little pre-game lull. I don’t tend to make any alliances with anyone until a game is full, y’know my best friend could randomly join and I could already be stuck with people I don’t even know. But then 4 people entered the game AT THE SAME TIME;
• timecat (Allied with her from my previous Rookies so it sucks she was the enemy here)
•Lucindril
•HollySandwich
•Patrick319.

Now they’d all come from a previous game together so immediately alarm bells are going off thinking – ‘premade’! So without delay I message the other players in the game;
• Olli
• coreypanda
• worner97
• sarahsin

I figure, they’re an active premade (they all had top 5 finishes in their previous game). If I don’t do something we’ll be picked off like flies, one by one. Everyone agrees to a 5 way alliance and away we go. Jonnii joins to complete the 10, but he barely talks at all anyway so y’know. What we have here is essentially a team of two halves. The left side (my alliance) and the right side – minus Jonnii.

Day 1 - Worner97 had the first HoH and nominated; Patrick and Timecat (Jonnii got the algo).

Day 2 – Worner kept his noms secret, and when they came out at day change, as you can expect ‘the premade that denied they were a premade’ were outraged and panicked. But HollySandwich got HoH and Patrick was lucky enough to get PoV and we were all ok with that since we just moved on to evicting timecat who had no chance to defend herself with half her alliance nominated. My initial plan was to save her till the end and give her 5th/6th because she’d been so good to me in the past but that wasn’t possible now. I told my alliance to lie to Patrick about who we’re nominating to save on the drama and it worked.

Day 3 – Unsurprisingly, timecat is evicted and Holly’s new noms come into force and Jonnii gets the algo, meaning half my alliance was out of action for a day. Patrick got PoV and used it on Jonnii to guarantee one of my own alliance would be going home. But on the bright side, I got HoH. This was the perfect opportunity for me to take down some of the more dangerous and chatty members from ‘the premade that denied it was a premade’ so I nominated the SUPER spammy Patrick and Lucindril. They both had mini-dramas at me for nominating them, but we move on. I really liked them, in fact I actually liked these guys more than coreypanda from my own alliance who hadn’t been plussing my alliance unless reminded. I suspected him of switching sides but I kept quiet because causing drama could let him go over to the other side making a 4-4 split and it’s hard to dominate a game with a draw. This was the day that HollySandwich started trying to play me. As soon as it was day change she was messaging me ‘I’m interested to work with you’ but I constantly rebuffed her, knowing I already had a full alliance of five. But I promised not to nominate her tomorrow for her efforts, i’m not a total bastard y’know. She also tried the tactic of flirting with Olli which is pretty sneaky, considering HollySandwich is pretty cute.

Day 4 – worner97 is evicted in a close vote. I get PoV and use it on everyone favourite algo nominee, Jonnii. This meant that one of ‘the premade that denied it was a premade’ was defiantly going home with 8th. Olli got new HoH and everything was perfect for my alliance. We all block voted Patrick who was begging to stay in PM’s and in public chat. HollySandwich thinks she’s onto something and says something like ‘what you gonna do now someone from your alliance was evicted’. I’m not honestly fussed since that means we can all make it to the final now without someone feeling betrayed on Day 7, they did us a favour. Olli nominated as I told him to nominate – Lucindril and HollySandwich. Patrick and his alliance make a big fuss about big picked on etc. and said they felt like they were getting picked off, rather hypocritical if you ask me because they would of done the exact same thing to us.

Day 5 – Patrick is evicted. Coreypanda gets PoV and I get the new HoH. Coreypanda admits to me what I already knew. He’d been double crossing us from Day 2 by passing my ‘Mass alliance message’ of the day directly over to ‘the premade that denied it was a premade’. But he sincerely apologised and now that we dominated the game 4 – 2, I didn’t really care. He used his PoV on Lucindril who we had all given our 3’s to because he didn’t trust Holly and saw her as more of a threat, serving her from her fate one day earlier wasn’t really a problem. The choice was obvious, my newest nominees were Lucindril and Jonnii. This meant someone from our own alliance would get the algo, but nothing to worry about. I message Olli & Sarah, the mostly candidates for tomorrows HoH and ask them for a deal to not nominate on the final day. Both agree, saying I brought them all to the final and they couldn’t have done it without me, true.

Day 6 – HollySandwich is evicted and we all fake surprise about Corey’s PoV use. Sarah gets the PoV and Corey is the algo’d nominee who we quickly PoV. Today it is Lucindril’s turn and he admits there was a premade – SHOCK HORROR. ‘The premade who denied it was a premade’, admitted it was a ‘premade’ which I’d known since hour 0. The alliance, block votes Lucindril and she know she’s going. Olli is the new HoH and I freak out, hoping and praying he won’t back out his deal from yesterday. The rational thing to have done would of been to nominate myself who posed thebiggest threat to the game at the time. Olli nominates Lucindril and Jonnii since we know Lucindril is going we can just chill out with the 2 algo nominees. The day ends relatively drama-free.

Day 7 – Lucindril is evicted and the premade is extinct. The algo nominees are coreypanda and most shockingly Olli who was yesterdays HoH. I’ve never seen a Day 6 HoH get nommed on Day 7, I always saw it as a free pass to the final but it wasn’t. Sarah got the all important final PoV, thankfully. I can’t of imagined what would of happened if Jonnii had got it. I’ve been on the receiving end of inactives getting PoV and getting evicted for it many times. But today I was totally safe and Sarah and I evicted Jonnii. The game was ours and I was certain of a 1st place finish, Olli would get 2nd, Corey 3rd and Sarah 4th.

This was essentially THE PERFECT GAME. Total dominance from day one where I controlled every vote except Day 2’s where worner was evicted. I know not every or many games at all can go like this but it was awesome to be part of. And I made from within my alliance and those on the other. I love all of you.

Congrats to Sarah 2nd, Corey 3rd and Olli 4th. You totally fucked up my predictions.
