Feeling bad about something you did and not being able to get it of your mind.

Anyone ever said or did something to someone in rl (be it your mum, siblings, other family friends). Someone you care about and love. You did something or said something very mean, out of a moment of anger.
And you feel VERY bad about it after. Like EXTREMELY bad, you can't get it out of your mind?
I'm having that right now and feel really sad and bad about it :(
