Kansas State Law: "If a woman rapes a man and becomes pregnant, she can sue the victim for child support."
My opinion: If the woman who raped the man becomes pregnant, she should not be allowed to keep the child in her custody once it's born and the child should be given to the victim (the father). This should be the same if it were the other way round too.
