This challenge is called "Real Estate Rumble" and this is how it works:
There are a lot of properties for sale, but in this game, the real estate YOU pay for!
The objective of the game is to get as much money as possible from your properties. If you are the ONLY one in a round to choose a particular house, then your value will be added to your score. However, if you choose the same house as someone else, NO ONE will receive the amount.
However, in the 5th round, the total of a house is divided between the number of people who chose it.
And, if you are the ONLY one to choose a particular house in round 5, the money you take will be DOUBLE.
Here are the houses you can choose from (and their values):
$ 300,000 - Mansion
$ 200,000 - 2-story home
$ 150,000 - one-story home
$ 100,000 - Country House
$ 50,000 - Duplex
$ 25,000 - sophisticated apartment
$ 10,000 - low cost apartment
$ 5,000 - Mobile Home
$ 1,000 - House destroyed by a storm
$ 1 - cardboard box
