For this season during the pre-merger there will always be three tribes, no matter how many members the tribe has it won't matter as in the immunity challenges only one tribe will win the challenge sending the other two tribes directly to the tribal council.
Where the two tribes will unite to send one participant home.
This twist will be valid until the merge.

So now the 3 returnees must choose the tribes they want to REPRESENT, you must choose the tribe by tomorrow before the first immunity challenge.
