SUBMISSIONS:
When submissions open, you will receive a mail from the host of the contest. All entries will be sent anonymously, and who each entry belongs to will only be revealed at the results show

- Be from an artist who was either born or has parents from your state
- Not have competed in a previous contest
- Be an original song, no covers
You can send music videos or live performances

VOTING:
Like submissions, voting will be done anonymously by sending your votes to the host
Voting will take the form of sending rankings of your favorite song to your least favorite one. As long as more than ten people are competing in the contest, this will follow the Eurovision system of 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. If there are fewer than 10 people competing, this system will change slightly
There will typically be a week to vote. If you do not vote, your entry will be disqualified and you will get 0 points
