Chain of Command

The last few season's we've had captain's challenges to decide the tribes. However, this season we're trying something different. At the first immunity challenge, you will all be competing against one another. The winner of this challenge will get to select one person to be safe, then that person will get to choose someone else to be safe, and so on and so forth.
Example

Ben (Wins Challenge) selects Ethan.
Ethan selects Cole.
Cole selects Newz.
The cycle will end once nine people are safe and they'll make up one tribe. The other nine will be heading to tribal council and voting someone out of the game and will become the second tribe. In addition, the individual who wins this challenge will be given individual immunity to the first tribal they attend. Also, the tribe that is safe will receive a clue to their hidden immunity idol.
