Lake stated earlier this week that if you did not vote you are not allowed to play in the HoH or PoV competition this week.

That means that Isiah, Kyle D., & Lexi are not allowed to play in the HoH or PoV.

Okay moving on the the competition,

For this HoH you will have 5 balloons each. Every HOUR you can shoot one other person's balloon. You cannot hit the same person's balloon twice unless you are the final two. The person with at least 1 balloon left at the end will become the new Head of Household. Does everybody understand?
