All the people who are white levels they cannot mail you directly if they want. they can only mail you if you add them as a friend but others can mail to anyone who they want.
So the white levels are at disadvantage so it is advised to everyone that you add the white levels as your friend .... I know that some people may know about it already but there may be some people who may not know
