Due to the high number of participants this edition a pre-semifinal round is being held where the bottom 4 from each semifinal from last edition will compete to win a spoit in the semifinals. They are:

-Belarus
-Georgia
-Israel
-Lithuania
-Malta
-Moldova
-Spain
-Turkey

The participant countries must vote with 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5 and 4 points.
The BIG5 countries must vote with 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 and 3 points.

From now and until Thursday night, the voting will be open and the PSR participants and the BIG5 (Albania, Cyprus, Netherlands, Norway and Slovakia) will vote and the 4 countries with more votes will pass to the semifinals. Good luck!

After a short period of voting, the 8 participant countries and the Big 5 have already voted and therefore we already have the 4 lucky countries to pass to the semifinals.

For the records, a country can't participate twice editions in a row in the Pre-semifinal round, so that means that these 8 countries will go automatically to the semifinals next edition.
