:::::RESPECT THE HOST AND PLAYERS:::::

Having been a group game host since 2014, Carly Jay (carlyjordan14) is a fair and professional when it comes to organizing the game. Twists and other game decisions are made solely by Carly. Players are treated equally and fairly. Any accusations of rigging will not be tolerated. Respect the host's decisions, even when they don't benefit your game at that moment.

Above all, understand that Virtual Meets Reality is a game where no prize is won. It is a social game that requires you to interact with other players from different backgrounds and walks of life. Drama and upset feelings are natural when it comes to VMR, however taking things to a personal level will not be tolerated. If the host or a player feels threatened in any way, the player(s) causing the issue will be removed immediately.

:::::DIARY ROOM CONFESSIONALS:::::

Each game week the players are required to send the host a video confessional. These confessionals can be any length. These confessionals are private and will only be viewed by the host. Once the season ends, episodes will be released with parts of the confessionals used.

If a player can not send in a video confessional, the player must send in a text confessional or ask the host for an extension.

At least ONE confessional is required each game week. They must be submitted by the time the next competition ends.

Video confessionals can be uploaded to YouTube as UNLISTED and sent to the host, recorded and/or sent to the host via Skype, or mailed to the host through her email (carlyjordan16@gmail.com).

If a player does not submit a confessional on time, or notify the host of the need for an extension, the player will receive one penalty eviction vote for EACH day past the deadline.

:::::COMPETITIONS:::::

Each game week one or more competitions will be performed by the player. However, these competitions will vary from mental, physical, endurance, social and luck. They will also vary in terms of being live, semi-live and non-live.

Players will be given notice ahead of time if the competition will require them to be present at a specific time. Most non-live competitions will last for up to 24 hours.

All competitions will have some form of video requirement. Either the player will perform the competition on Google Hangouts, record themselves performing the task or record themselves giving a recap of the competition.

These videos will have specific deadlines that must be met. If a player does not submit the video on time, or notify the host of the need for an extension, the player will receive one penalty eviction vote for EACH day past the deadline.

:::::CEREMONIES:::::

HOH, POV and Eviction Ceremonies will be recorded either through Google Hangouts or by the players.

Evictions will be done live on Google Hangouts at a specific time given. Not all players are required to be present, but it is preferred the nominees and HOH are in attendance.

All nomination and POV decisions must be sent in at the time specified by the host. Otherwise, a penalty eviction vote will be given.

All eviction votes are required to be recorded and sent in by the time specified by the host. If a player can not send in a video by the deadline, they are required to contact the host prior to the deadline and submit a text vote. Videos will still be required and a penalty eviction vote will be given if a vote is not sent in on time and also if the voter does not send in a video of their eviction vote by the new deadline specified by the host.

:::::PENALTY EVICTION VOTES:::::

These are given out when rules are broken OR deadlines are missed without notifying the host prior. The PEVs are given out to a player only last for the upcoming eviction, depending on when the offense occurred. PEVs can end up sending a player home if enough are received, so be cautious of this.

:::::OFFICIAL UPDATES SKYPE CHAT:::::

This chat is to be used ONLY by the host to notify players of important information. Anyone who posts in this chat will receive a PEV for every time they post. Be cautious of this and if you have any questions regarding the game or information given in the Offical Updates chat, you are to privately message the host.
