Female Narrator:In the beginning, thousands of Stones were scattered across space and time when the Universe was created. Among them were a select group of Stones so powerful, that they could destroy planets at will. These Stones were the God Stones. In Earth's brief history, only one has ever been discovered.

   Those who knew him called him Nemesis, and it has been said that there was never a time where he was at peace. He had the only known God Stone, and it gave him visions. These visions contained only misery and despair, and it drove him to madness. It drove him insane and eventually it drove him mad enough to try to destroy the World.

   A group of heroes, or Defenders, buried him alive, to this day his location is unknown, but he still lives. Many believe that to this day, he is the reason for Nightmares, and the Stone that caused him to turn on everyone he loved was dubbed the "Nightmare Stone"

~1 Year after the Events of the Season 1 finale~
Brian is sitting cross legged in the middle of an empty room staring at the being resembling Baron. His face has grown a beard and his hair is long and grown out.
Brian:Why won't you talk? SAY SOMETHING!!

The entity gets up at the same time Brian does, almost mimicking him. Brian goes to punch Baron and he fades into thin air. Brian yells out in aggravation before curling up into a ball in the corner of the room.

~Serradin, Massachusetts, Serradin High~
A teen is opening his locker, and as soon as he opens it another boy walks up and slams it shut, jamming his fingers in the process. The boy yells out in pain and he grabs his hand. He looks at it and notices the immediate bruising pattern showing up. The other kid laughs and he shoves the boy into his locker.

Other Kid:Sorry Benji, it was an accident!
Benji holds his hand and he looks for an immediate exit out of the High School. He takes the back door and he runs towards his bike. He finds the Red Huffy chained up and he does his best to get the combination right with his one hand. He looks back towards the School as he gets the combination and he grabs his bike. He hops on it and he does his best to ride home with one good hand.

   He gets onto a bridge and he loses control of his bike. The bike collides with the side of the bridge and Benji gets thrown into the icy river below. Benji flails about as the current takes him in, yelling and screaming as he struggles to keep himself above water. Eventually Benji finds a long branch and he grabs it. He manages to pull himself out of the river and he lays on his back, breathing heavily. He takes a deep sigh, not knowing how much longer he can just run from school everytime he runs into a problem.

   Benji sits up and he sees what he thinks is a piece of glass next to the river. He reaches for it and to his surprise it is a Stone.
Benji:A clear stone? What the..?

He hears someone call his name and he puts it in his jacket pocket, not even thinking about it as he gets up. He runs towards under the bridge, looking for a place to hide.

~Langley, Virginia~
Several men are sitting around an oval table, all facing a screen at the end of the room. The screen shows a plane blowing up and a meteor that appears seemingly out of nowhere on a saellite cam. A man is standing next to the screen, scanning the room to make sure everyone is paying attention.

Man:As you can see, events like this have been happening all over the world in the past year. Our scientists can't explain it, most countries have just labeled it as "Supernatural Phenomena" but there is more to it than that. An investigation is already underway. Something, and someone, is behind this, and it is up to us to figure it out. Whatever is causing this, it could be dangerous.

The screen shuts off and the men get up. One of the men just sit there, watching the screen carefully. The man standing by the screen walks towards the door.
Man:Go home Carter, we will get back on this later. There isn't much we can do right now.

Agent Carter waves him off, not saying a word as he does his best to keep his focus.

~Unknown Location~
Dennis stands at the entrance of a graveyard. His hands are shaking and he is sweating profusely. He starts to speak in tongues as he holds both of his hands out.
Dennis:Join me, for you will give greater purpose in death, than you did in life!

One by one, bodies start to rise out of the graves, some crawling out and some just floating out. A wide grin forms on Dennis's face as they start to walk towards him. In the far corner of the graveyard, a figure just stands there watching the scene. He came out of the ground, but not out of a grave. His skin doesn't seem pale, almost as if he is still alive. He looks onward towards Dennis. All he does is mutter two words before leaving.

Man:Thank you..

He turns his back on the scene and leaves the cemetary, Dennis having not known what he had just done.
