Following the dramatic turn of events, production decided that all four houseguests: Eli, Liam, Victoria, and Violet would participate in the Head of Household competition. At the "Memory Match" Head of Household competition, houseguests had to succeed in a standard memory card match competition in the shortest amount of time to emerge victorious. In the end, Victoria would be crowned as the winner.

At the nomination ceremony, Victoria nominated Eli and Liam for eviction, citing that her nominations didn't really matter, and the Power of Veto was more crucial for the week. After the nomination ceremony, the remaining four houseguests all headed into the backyard to participate in the "Minority Rules" Power of Veto competition, where houseguests were asked questions, and had to provide answers unique to the rest of the house to earn points. In the end, the two nominees tied. Liam would go on to win the tiebreaker, as well as the final Power of Veto of the season.

At the Power of Veto ceremony, Liam used the Power of Veto on himself. Victoria had no other option but to nominate Violet as the replacement nominee.

At the live eviction, Liam had the sole vote to evict. Liam cited that he had betrayed Eli in the past, and he couldn't bear to do it again. Liam cast his vote to evict Violet. After her eviction, Violet said, "Seventh time is the charm, ladies; I'll see you next season."
