Following Taliyah's eviction, the houseguests headed outside to participate in the "Trivia Test" Head of Household competition, where houseguests stood in their booths and took a multiple choice test to garner points. In the end, Poppy emerged victorious, and the Yordle won her first competition of the season. Following Poppy's won, the fourth Super Mega Death Rocket! flew into the backyard, and Karma was the unlucky recipient. Before the pre-veto nominations, Karma had to declare someone as her "enemy". Karma, her enemy, and the rest of the house would have to abide the following guidelines: Karma and her enemy cannot pull each other off of the block if one wins the Power of Veto. Karma and her enemy must vote each other out if one of them is nominated for eviction. Karma and her enemy must nominate each other if one wins Head of Household. And finally, Karma and her enemy cannot be nominated side by side as nominees at any point.

At the nomination ceremony, Poppy nominated Anivia and Riven for eviction. Poppy blamed Anivia for being the orchestrator of Poppy's rocket, and Poppy cited Riven's attitude and unwillingness to assure Poppy's safety for the future as the reason for her nomination. Following the nomination ceremony, Irelia, Sona, and Vi were selected to play alongside the Head of Household and nominees in the Power of Veto competition. At the "Morph-O-Matic" Power of Veto competition, houseguests had to look at morphed photographs of champions' faces, and identify which champions comprised that photograph. In the end, Sona snatched yet another win.

At the Power of Veto ceremony, Sona took Riven off of the block, forcing Poppy to make a renomination. Poppy decided to renominate Vi, which Vi viewed as a stupid decision — as there was an alliance that neither Poppy or Vi were a part of that had been exposed.

At the live vote and eviction, Anivia was evicted from the Big Brother house by a vote of 6 to 4. After her eviction, Anivia said, "I would like to say that Poppy is a fat cunt, and I hope Vi, Riven, Sona, Soraka, or Ahri wins. Also, the house Poro can suck this ass."
