Anyone not in the Troika or the Inquisition will be required to vote now.

I will be revealing the two sent in right at 3pm EST. This duel will be happening either tomorrow night or Wednesday, allowing time for the two selected to determine a time.

Keep in mind however, I am nowhere near as free on Wednesday's as I am on Tuesday's due to classes.
