S5:
Adelaide— She is the second winner in BBUK history to make a second final, and for her, it wasn’t easy—at least, not these last couple weeks. Beforehand, she dodged bullets left and right, controlling many nominations and staying out of the primary drama, only to run a large portion of the game with her
#BadBitchesAlliance that made it to the finals wholly intact. Her allies turned against her these past two weeks, just like her initial stint in Fresh Meat, but the public allowed Adelaide to prevail. Now, she stands a chance at becoming this franchise’s first Sandra Diaz-Twine. But as her cutthroat, competitive, and, at times, abrasive personality has rubbed her housemates the wrong way, will it clinch her the win? It did, at least, allow her to vanquish ALL of her preseason vendettas without barely lifting a finger, thanks to her control over the game.
Aimee— She’s known as the nice girl. Everyone loves her. In Code Red, however, she was an outsider, as she entered the game as a late intruder. While she entered the game with Megan and Kyle as her sole bad bloods (emphasis on Megan), she patched things up and remains one of the most liked, pleasant people to be around in a house of lies and hatred. But the real crux of her gameplay comes from being the ONLY unnominated housemate of this season, and the second person to make it to the end completely unnominated in BBUK history! Playing stealthily with her BFF, Daphne, by her side, she’s made it to the end.
Daphne— Out of everyone in the BBUK series, Daphne has had the most tumultuous experience throughout the game, and has spent the most combined days in the house (78!). While her first two seasons saw early exits, she’s proven to be one of the best strategic players of all time these pas two seasons. Despite spending the most total in-game days in the house, after being evicted one day short of the final last season, Daphne can finally say that she has made a final! Not only that, but, apart from the final nomination set of the season, she has gone unnominated and untargeted, yet controlled most of the nominations alongside her all-female alliance and her best friend, Aimee. Her iconic 4-season rivalry with Chanelle flopped after Chanelle’s early exit, and after that, Daphne patched things up and played nice for most of the season, upping the social game and remaining unbothered by the insults and shade. Now that she’s in her first final, will this fourth-timer win it all?
Emily— With a notorious reputation and one of the most memorable housemates from Season 1, Emily blew the housemates away this season by reminding them a little bit about how old school BBUK players approach the game. After being incessantly targeted during the first 3 weeks, Emily was sent to the Redemption House, where she battled 4 other housemates and won her way back into the game in one of the most impressive challenge performance ever. From there, she contracted the
#BadBitchesAlliance that controlled many nominations and kept Emily out of the crosshairs, all the way until the final. While Emily the stripper made her entrance and caused a shitstorm almost daily, Emily the player also came through this season, cementing her legacy as one of the most shocking housemates to make the final in BBUK history.
Kyle— The last male housemate standing is, ironically, also known for his sheowmancing ways with the ladies. While this led to his flirting with Praskovya, Honey, Megan, and Emily, it also landed him in hot water and bad blood with each of these women. If that weren’t enough, Kyle arguably had the most bad blood out of anyone else in this season, and, in true Kyle fashion, he managed to best every single one of them. Playing a defensive game that allowed him to bounce back from being a huge, early target, he’s made his second final. Will it be his first win?
Megan— Two finals in a row for one of the most under-the-radar, underrated housemates, Megan once again showed everyone the benefit that a low-key, “floater” game can have in a season of huge personalities. However, this is not, by any means, to say that Megan didn’t have a big personality— she’s never been afraid to put people in their place, throw shade, or speak her mind, even if it makes her the odd woman out. Despite having rocky relationships with many people in the game, who mistrusted her or just labeled her a bad egg, Megan managed to patch things up with her two biggest vendettas, Aimee and Daphne, and sits in the final with both of them. Can Megan take her legacy a step further and WIN BBUK after a season of being targeted moreso than her first?
