Francesca and I were in the same game and the reason she is banned is because she hates me and doesn't want anything good to happen to me.She was being racist,rude,and threatening other players as she was yelling at me for threatening her.She got banned possibly because of this,not because her brother got on.And I didn't even report her.I apologized to her and she was just yelling at me and being rude to other people aswell.Thought you guys should know.
