Houseguests! The power is once again up for grabs! John as outgoing HoH, you are not eligible to take part. Free from the threat of eviction, the HoH must nominate two of their fellow houseguests for potential eviction from the all star house.

This competition is called "A Little Help From My Friends" and here is how it works. This is a non-live competition, and the aim is to get the most votes in this poll:

The poll will close at 6 EST, the winner will be announced and I will host a special nominations ceremony at 6:55 EST, if you can't make it I need you to send me your nominees now in the event you win or you won't be granted HoH. The Veto Day will then continue as usual at 7:05 EST.
