to download it if you dont know how you need winrar (a free file downloading program) and thats it.
just dowload it, go to your comouters downloaded files, find it,right click on it and clikc "open with winrar". then, drag the file in there that says ChillTown (the whole folder) into your saves folder in your .minecraft folder
if oyu dont know how to get to your .minecrfat folder, just go to "start" on your computer and search %appdata% and it will be there.

some things may be kinda wierd, like the roof of my living room may not have a roof lol
that because i used mod items to make them, so they may/may not be there.
