For a TOGA to be presented there must be a minimum 3 different groups that are CORRECTLY nominated in

Depending on the number of nominations the 3-5 most CORRECTLY nominated groups will be the finalists in each category.

Hosts and judges will be selected after nominations close. Hosts and judges will not be selected to coincide with categories they are nominated for.

The selection of the winners will be a combination of a public vote and a judging panel.

To Be considered for best up and coming group, a group must not be past its 3rd season.
