In order for a song to be eligible the artist you submit must either:
a) be BORN in Ireland, and/or
b) be a CITIZEN of Ireland
- If you opt to send a group or duo, at least 50% of the members must fit at least one of the two criteria specified above.
- ALL OTHER REGULAR TSC RULES APPLY!!!!!

Northern Ireland is also included in this.

Mailers will be at the usual time Sunday.
