You will be split into two teams.

Each person will be assigned a couple lines from a song. [acapella :O]
Then when you combine your team's lines, you will form the full song.

~Example~
Team A: Sarah, Mikey, Phil, Sam
Team B: George, Nick, Sammi, Leif
Song of the Week: Don't Stop Believing

Sarah and George sing: "Just a small town girl" - until -- "he took the midnight train going anywhere"
Mikey and Nick sing "Singer in a smokey room" -- until-- "on and on and on"
Phil and Sammmi sing: "strangers, waiting" --until--- "hiding somewhere in the night"
Sam and Leif: "Working hard" -- until -- "just one more time"

etc etc etc

The team that makes the best combine sound, the losing team will face elimination.

Elimination:
To be eliminated, will be like survivor, so you'll be voting off what you believe to be the weakest link.

Merge:
Things will get a little different, you will still make a song together,
but tengaged will decide who is the weakest link and strongest link in the song. The strongest link will then choose the song for the next week, and the weakest link will be sent home.
