Simon! It is tremendous to me how much growth you have made in this competition and it really has gone unnoticed up until now. Comparing your week one photo to this photo is such a dramatic change that it is absolutely mind boggling. I will be the first to say that seeing you for in the bottom half of the group is the biggest shock I have ever had in the series of my show. Melissa! This week is not my favorite week of yours and not only that but you are the next girl on my quiet radar. Usually when a model doesn't do to well for a consecutive number of weeks is when I start to notice the fact that they are very quiet. But my main focus for you is that I want you to actually start to get that fire that gave you number one photo in week 2. Karina! Honestly I believe that your photo was what you described of it. High fashion, chic etc. but just because it is all that it does not exactly mean that it is a good photograph. This was not good and though you may think so you must remember that I do not think like you meaning that you should always be prepared for me not to like your photo's. Wow. That is almost all I can say... This bottom two came right out of the left feel for me. At one point I would have said you both were the strongest in the competition but now I have obviously been hit with reality. 

*turns to Charlye* what in the world are you doing here?!? This is crazy to me and it may be crazy to you also. It's not like you had a bad photo to be honest with you actually I though you should have been in the top three or four with this photograph but I realized that the absence of your poses actually really makes your photo's look boring and 1 dimensional. That then leads me to the question of do you really no how to model from head to toe or can you just work your body in the right ways. I am still just shocked by the fact that you are here, seeing that most of the models here saw you as a threat.

*turns to Ray* 
And what a sticky situation you are now in. You are standing up beside the statistically strongest person in the competition. Not only that but there photo this week was still considerably better then yours and even though your photo was not bad It definitely was not what I was hoping for from someone doing Rihanna. There was no risk and everything was kinda plain Jane like how it has been for quite a while. 

So who stays the girl that has done better throughout the whole competition? Or the girl that has not done as good but can still provide good photographs?

Ray! What you do not know is that soon after I posted my critiques this week Charlye had messaged me saying they could no longer be in the competition. She has dropped out and therefore she has been eliminated. It is said to see her go but I am confident in the fact that she will be able to take what she has learned in the 13 weeks that she was here and apply it to any modeling gig in the future. Congratulations I want you to come back swinging next week or you also will be going home next week. You may leave the runway you are still in the running towards becoming Lea's Next Top Model!

It breaks my heart knowing that you had to leave so urgently. You were the best model in the competition and I am so thankful for your contribution here in these past two seasons.
