-Uchiha: Carry the Sharigan which evolves throughout their experience. The sharigan allows for the user to read hand signs to prepare for attacks. As it advances aside from Ninjutsu they can produce strong Genjutsu skills.

-Nara: The Nara Clan specializes in Shadow Jutsu which paralyzes their opponent, it consumes a lot of Chakra and can be used in various ways.

-Yamanaka: This clan specializes in gathering Intel and mind transfer Jutsu

-Aburame: This clan specializes in jutsu that utilizes parasitic insects that live their bodies and utilized to drain chakra from an opponent.

-Akamichi: Specializes in the Expansion Jutsu which allows for the user to expand their body to extreme sizes.

-Senju: Specializes in Wood Nature Jutsu which is the mix of two different chakra natures to make wood. The founder of the Hidden Leaf Village was from the Senju clan.
