Just an important post about when things occur in this game, and when you have to submit votes.
Each episode will run a two day cycle from episode 2 onwards, thus excluding delays we should have a comp once every two days, weather that is live or non-live. A total of THREE votes occur in each episode.
EVEN NUMBERED DAYS:
- Paymaster vote decision due (from previous episode)
- Vote for team captain decision due
- LIVE challenge occurs / NON-LIVE challenge posted
- Vault votes for losing team start
ODD NUMBERED DAYS:
- NON-LIVE challenge results
- Vault votes due, bottom three revealed
- Paymaster vote decision starts
- Vote for next team captain starts
// TEAM CAPTAIN VOTE //
Running simultaneous with the Paymaster decision, you will need to vote for your next team captain. The team captain will become the next Paymaster if their team wins the challenge. You can vote for ANYONE on your OWN TEAM to be the captain, but the same person cannot be captain in back to back episodes, regardless if they win and become Paymaster or not. YOU -CAN- VOTE FOR YOURSELF IF YOU WISH - but remember that in this game, ALL votes are PUBLIC. If the person you wish to be captain is currently in the box, send a back-up vote in case they are eliminated. A tie in the captain's vote will result in a chatzy between the tied players.
// VAULT VOTES //
The losing team in each challenge goes into the Vault, where they must vote three people into the box for potential elimination. Each person has UP TO THREE votes which they may use to vote for UP TO THREE people. You can't pile two or three votes onto one person, you must vote for different people each time if you are going to use multiple votes! Any votes you do not use you must discard, but remember votes are PUBLIC. You'll have approximately 24hrs to make this decision from the end of the challenge. Any ties for who enters the Vault will be broken by the Paymaster!
// PAYMASTER DECISION //
Running simultaneous with the captain choice for the next episode, the Paymaster has to make the most important decision, as they choose who from the bottom three gets their check voided and leaves the game. They will have approximately 24hrs to make this decision from the reveal of the Vault nominations.
FAILURE TO VOTE WHEN REQUIRED will result in you being issued with a PENALTY vote in your next Vault nominations. After THREE discretions you will be removed from the game, so it's vital you submit votes when you have to. If a PAYMASTER fails to vote for someone to leave, Ill just bounce it back and send them home instead! It is not a valid strategy to just refrain from voting. Just a reminder that, yes, like in the show, all votes are PUBLIC.
