A group of young people arrived in South America to what they thought would be a wonderful Trip around the jungle. They were dead wrong. Faris. the tour guide, quit his job after the teens gave him a very hard time. Just was murdered by the Killer when she went for a break. Cole was also murdered when wandering around. The group soon realizes this and begin to flee. Dawzonn is killed after he reveals a sexual act with a dead Just to Nick. Bryce begins to act suspicious and Nick tries to kill him, but Bryce easily overtakes him and knocks him out. Jessica, Luke, and Pasquale are all killed while partying in the jungle, unaware of the events happening. Emily and Jamie are killed soon-after by the killer.

The remaining group decides to go to the main building where they first went to get into the jungle. Faris and Rowena find the dead bodies of the employees, and the other teens. Bryce shows up looking for his precious knife, and Faris flees,leaving Bryce there with Rowena, Gage, and an unconscious Nick. Nick awakens in a crazed manner, and asks Gage to leave with him, because he believes Bryce and Rowena are killers. Gage, however stabs Nick, revealing HE in fact is the killer. Gage is in a rival crime family and when Bryce was shipped off to the jungle, Gage was sent their to kill him. They have a scuffle, and Bryce is stabbed. Rowena is chased by Gage, and is narrowly killed, but Faris comes leaping out of nowhere and shoots Gage.
"I'm so quitting this job." He says.
Rowena and Faris go back to the Main Building, and they find Bryce, still alive. Rowena goes to look out of the window as dawn approaches.
Suddenly, Gage breaks through the window and grabs Rowena. Faris gives Bryce the knife he found and Bryce fights Gage off of him.

Gage goes running into the jungle. The other three run out of the place, having survived the nightmare...

The Three are questioned about the events of their trip, and they will have to stay in South America...

In the Last, Gage is heard talking to someone.
"He's still alive." He says.
"Well then. It looks like it'll be more fun for me." The voice says.

The voice is then revealed to be in the same South American police station that the other three are in, meaning that the second killer is very close to them!
