Welcome to the second semi-final of the second edition of Harmony Song Contest live from Zug, Switzerland!
The second semi-final has officially begun! 17 countries will compete for 10 spots in the grand final. You may begin sending your votes to Patrick319 via Tengaged or Discord.
All 17 competing countries are required to vote in this semi-final. Automatic qualifiers Netherlands, San Marino and Switzerland are also required to vote in the second semi-final. You vote by giving 12, 10, 8-1 points to your ten favourite songs. The 10 countries with the most points will advance to the final.
In addition, this edition introduces the concept of a REST OF THE WORLD (ROTW) jury! If you are not allocated to vote in the second semi-final there is still an opportunity to make your voice heard, albeit marginally. If you are interested in voting in this semi-final feel free to send me your votes as usual. All additional votes received for this semi-final will be combined to generate one set of points from the ROTW jury that will be added to the final score. This is NOT mandatory, but open to anyone who wishes to vote.
