20 years ago, a small town was forever changed after a murder spree, of which twelve teenage girls fell victim to. Only one girl, Heather Bradford, survived the incident, having shot and killed the man that murdered all of those teenage women.
With the 20th anniversary of said infamous murder spree coming up, a new generation of teenagers find themselves targeted by what appears to be a copycat killer.
