So I had a wedding to attend in April

Now they have cancelled it. There was only meant to be 170 there. Advice here in Australia is that mass gatherings of 500 shouldn't go ahead with Covid 19 around. I want to hear people's thoughts please. Is it right to cancel the wedding?

gagaluv they advised that it would probably put back to Spring. I know 4 people that have booked flights from London 18hr flights.  I think they have
exaggerated a little. They could have had sanitister and done things to protect.

obey_me My lectures have 300-400 and I still attend those every day and my uni hasn't advised otherwise. A wedding of 170 doesn't sound too risky

also why would they do it in spring? They might as well get it over with before the disease spreads. Come spring we could have tens of thousands more infected.
