Can anyone explain the stars frat seat to me.

Anyone from your frat including you can try to steal the 'frat seat'. One of the other frats in the game will have this seat. Your goal is to steal the seat and have it at the end of the game. If your frat wins the seat, the frat president has 12 hours to choose someone to go into Stars :)
