Julie is not the hypocrite, the producers are. And in all honesty, had Aaryn been a male they probably would've let it slide with her too. But because the cat ladies couldn't drool over her, they raged instead.
It's more the producers fault based on what you're saying but I still think Julie pretty much verbally attacked Aaryn and set her up for failure giving her questions that would be impossible to shine and positive light on and ignoring all of her gameplay to bring her down
