On my way to work, dropping off my two year old newphew to daycare, I confronted a young mother. Sitting across from me and my nephew on the public bus, she was with, I believe, her daughter who was about not any older than my nephew. I listened to her on her cellphone as she constantly threw out profanity in the most ghetto accent. It really bothered me how she was able to speak like that in front of other people, and her daughter!
Reaching my limit, I asked her nicely to watch her mouth, especially since her daughter was around. She answered "The way I talk is none of your fu***** business." I simply replied "You're right its not, but when you speak like that in front of my nephew...It is my business." Glady she stopped. I felt really bad for her daughter having a mother like that & for my nephew who had to hear all those words. Hopefully she learned a lesson. I just cannot believe those parents exist!
