I have the worst tooth ache rn

So I lost my last baby tooth that had pushed back wedged in place for years! And I think my teeth are now re aligning and closing the gap over, I want to cry u thought the wedged tooth being wobbly was painful, but this is a whole different level, someone come euthanise me
