And i really liked it even though I knew that piper was the killer from like episode 4 onward. and I as wondering if there are any other good series on Netflix that are similar. My bf said to watch arrow but I'm not really into superheroes.

Do NOT watch Arrow. It is dreadful S3 onwards.
Other than that watch Once Upon a Time, Orange is the New Black, Walking Dead, How to get away with Murder, PLL, Grace and Frankie or Charmed.
