If an online game is making y'all so pressed, perhaps don't play said game so often. Instead try one of the following: therapy, standing in nature, listening to music, swimming, journaling, donating to charity, finding a hobby, etc.
Y'all take things too seriously. If a joke hits that deep, I'd suggest going to therapy. Perhaps try meditation. Calm your mind, it will improve your quality of life. I would also suggest reaching out to whomever made the joke and have a nice, civilized conversation. Move past your differences, learn together, grow together. Just a thought.
