Advantages- With no nominatins leaves no worry and no chance at being skrewed over by something you said or did.
Disadvantages- If they have one bad challenge and they gt nommed once, it is hard for them to survive nominations because they have barely any allies. Also if people notice how good their challenge scores are they will doncider them dangerous and push to get them out.
