If you don鈥檛 moiturize then yes. Too much sun can do damage to skin which layer of skin won鈥檛 protect you from the sun which can cause cancer

Yes, the sun can dry out your skin and leave you with premature wrinkles. That's why sunscreen's so important: it protects you from the sun but also keeps your skin moisturized throughout the day
