Answer: NO!

I worked it out: I've made payouts in 39/61 games. That's:
1st: 6x
2nd: 11x
3rd: 7x
4th: 9x
5th: 6x

Which adds up to 800T$ earned, 610T$ spent, and 183K earned. Earnings of 190T$.

Seems I get handed 4th and 2nd more than 3rd and 1st too. All the more reason to bring me to finals :)
