There should be something in fastings that is like a hidden immunity idol. A key should pop up in the comments. And whoever gets it should be able to take themself off the block.
I don't know, it's just a suggestion it would make fastings more interesting.
(Also it would be fun to see all the people getting paranoid about someone having a key, like they do on Survivor when someone has an idol!)
