1. Randomize needs to select a panel of mods ✅
2. Randomize needs to make them a new “Mod” account for them to use as the public voice of the mod position ❌
3. KEEP THE MODS ANONYMOUS SO THEY CAN BE JUDGED FOR THEIR WORK AND NOT WHO THEY ARE/THEIR PAST ❌
4. Randomize needs to blog and confirm what rules are/aren’t and ban lengths, with all rules being objective and not based upon a user’s race/sexuality ❌
5. Bans from prior incidents ideally would be explained in at least the rule they break, so as to avoid 80 blogs of “what did they do” ❌
