Is that I like to explain things (how I think, how I would handle something, my thought process) and I do it SO WELL and so calmly rational in my head
but for whatever reason it just comes across as me being a bitch or insensitive or crybabish and leads to fights and I really have no idea how to fix that

I’d say look for common things you say that you could easily replace with a better phrasing
are you sure it's you that's the issue and not the people calling you those names?
you should have yourself recorded by a trusted friend and then make any adjustments.
