So the girl in the tub had twins and died so the other girl took them. Then she killed herself out of stress so her sister Gigi decided to take care of them herself and teach them how to kill and stuff. Then they came up with a plan to kill everyone in Kappa (why?, i still dont know)
Then Pete found out Boone was the killer and they forced him into joining their group. Then Boone decided he wanted to kill Gigi, but Pete killed him instead, thinking everything would fall apart if he was dead. Then Pete killed Gigi (i still dont know why) and then Hester killed Pete after he told Grace everything.

When Gigi said, "Well, your commitment to revenge is clearly greater than your brother's was." in the hotel, did she not know it was Pete behind the mask or was that Hester?

From Hester's viewpoint, she wants everyone in Kappa dead to kill the "evil" that sororities possess, in order to start a new sorority led by a nicer group of people that influence positive vibes.
Pete joined their group willingly after hearing Boone's side of the story (I'm sure if he declined, he would've died, but it was his choice).
I'm not entirely sure why Gigi was killed, it still doesn't make sense to me.
And yeah, Hester killed Pete before he exposed her identity to Grace, but kept Grace alive because she was a good girl.
