Dorms or other types of living

Anyone ever live in dorms or other types of living arrangements? Where there's like curfew, rules etc, but it's not jail or some sanction?

Asking because I got stories, but maybe some other day.

I live in barracks right now there's little to no rules besides don't give alcohol to minors which is broken every day
