but I've never been afraid of that. I'm studying Marx for one of my philosophy classes in college and I have to say that be it not for the inevitable oppression and the random ethnic cleansing that came with it (which wasn't a part of the communist manifesto) communism wouldn't actually be that bad of a thing. Everyone works for the benefit of everyone, no one suffers economically. Sorry, but I don't think it's a bad thing, just the implementation could have been better historically.

Well yeah, I don't think anyone disagrees with Marxism in theory, but therein lies the issue: it is but a theory. Making communism work in practice is totally outside of making it work theoretically.
