The Walking Dead: Sealed- Episode 8 The Masterish Plan
We finally have settled on the plan after hours of planning and frustrating noises from Woodrow and Ingrid, I still am regretting bringing them with me from the home. I am completely convinced that they are just here to ruin me. It’s almost literally as if they share a brain, they finish each other’s sentences, and talk together sometimes… they talk as if they are one. I wonder if one dies, if the other one will die with them.
“Alright, does everyone understand the plan?” I ask one more time for reinsurance. I feel unsafe about the way things are most likely going to turn out. I almost feel a pit in my stomach that all of us are going to die trying to get out of here.
I look around, I see Shannon, Woodrow, Klaus, Ingrid, Joyce, and Maxine. This could be the last time I see any of them at least real them. I could see them dead and gone.
“Alright, let’s get this going.” I say. “We want to get this right.”
I look at Joyce, her old smile comforts me… I know it’s the last time I will see it. Her sixty-eight year old soul can’t take too much more, and she’s made her choice.
“Ready?” I look at her with a tear in my eye. “Go.”
“Come here you little fuckers!” She screams running through the tunnels towards the Main Room. “I want to see you! Come on!”
As she runs away I can her the moans and groans of them coming, I hear the bells we put on her jigging as she runs. After a minute we take off behind her, following Klaus’ clothing path. After all the twists and turns we find his shoes and I can hear Joyce still alive, but probably half way back now… hopefully she’ll make it back.
“Alright, let’s keep moving.” I hear Shannon say.
I look back and see Ingrid and Woodrow whispering and holding each other’s hands. A weird gesture, but I think it’s adorable that even the mentally unstable can find love… or whatever they have found.
We start walking again and I am guided by Shannon in the front with her glorious IPhone flashlight.
“Oh crap,” I hear as the light goes out. “My phone it’s dead.”
That just ruins the rest of the plan, we have no idea where we are going, or what’s going on. “Alright, just calm down. Let’s just stick together and follow the sound of Joyce.
When I say that… I don’t hear her bells anymore, I hear her screams. The bloody murder screams that I thought I had prepared myself for when we were planning this, but they are so much worse than I expected.
“Let’s move!” I whisper yell. I rush to get to the entrance of the main room. Every now and then we would stop so that Klaus could, sadly, put his clothes back on and take a breath, but we had to keep moving.
Suddenly we reach it. The Main Room, completely empty of those things, like we had planned. Joyce’s sacrifice wasn’t for nothing. We split our different ways. Shannon quickly going after the way that Patrick, Burk, and the boys had taken with me and Klaus heading to the Doc’s Quarters. When we reach the place, it’s locked.
I look and Klaus with a smile. “Judith! Please! God has shown me a vision! Please! Just let me inside and I can tell you all about it!”
I hear arguing, but eventually the door cracks open. “You did?”
“Yes, oh and you’re going to love it.” I say.
“Then dear, come inside.” I hear with the door flying open. I glance back at Woodrow, Ingrid, Maxine, and Sally. Hopefully Maxine could hold them together.
Klaus and I rush inside, “I wasn’t expecting…” I stopped frozen by what was before me. Dr. Green was tied up to a chair with a muzzle. “… just… um… something more different. You made this place so homie.”
“Why thank you,” Judith says with a smile. “I hope that you can forgive me about my previous actions about trying to kill you. Can we just put that in the past?”
“Oh of course!” I say with an easy lying smile on my face. “Before I tell you my vision, I was wondering… do you know where all the people that went missing are? People such as Hayley, my sister or Maya? They seemed to have just vanished into thin air!”
“Oh honey,” Judith says making some tea. “I know exactly where they are. Whenever you guys came in here, I knew that I had to start saving you all from the disaster that occurred. When I was trying to get in, apparently I found a way in that all of those things started using as well… sad really. So I had to protect you from dying. I found your sister completely knocked out on the ground. I got her took her to a save mountain like thing just a few turns from here. Eventually I just started taking anyone that was lost to that safety place, for some reason they didn’t like my hospitality and tried to get away, I could have that. I tied them down for safe keeping.”
“Have you fed them? Given them water?” I ask. She’s treating them like they are her down special pets, of course she would be.
“Yes, I found a spring in here whenever I was around and about, right after I got that Bryce person, he was quite heavy.” She said.
Look at her, she thinks that what she’s done is a good service she’s gone to the human race, instead it’s something vicious and evil.
“Why do you think that they want to get away?” I ask.
“Well… because they… um… they don’t understand what I’m trying to do for them.” She says.
“You mean, you trying to detain them?” Dr. Green says.
Just as she turns away, I grab the pot of tea she was making and bash her head with it. I look at Dr. Green, “hurry we only have so much time.”
