I think bayonetta would be great, he is active on the website and has been on .com/.es for a long time. He doesn't play games (which is helpful in avoiding bias) and is pretty respected. He speaks good english (which is helpful in communicating with english speaking mods), but also can have strong communication with non-english users. He's very intelligent.
