team BLM but Makhia Bryant needs to be left out of the movement and people need to stop blaming cops for THIS instance. She was trying to harm someone else and the police had to do something. I’m not saying she needed to be killed, but I can’t blame them for this one. You need to have fair judgment and hold them accountable when necessary, but this was not their fault.

not gonna get into this but it was exacerbated by how bad the timing was with Chauvin's tribal + Columbus PD's terrible past. people have been protesting them forever cause they suck ass
I guess they didn’t go after her because she’s black, but I think most people’s issue was more that they went to some extreme measure which was probably unnecessary (like if he had shot his gun in the air as a warning and she still didn’t stop...) - and I think they probably would think twice before they use that extreme of a force with someone who’s Caucasian (maybe they still would in certain social classes - but if it was a rich white person the odds of this having happened would’ve been way lower).
Idk I may be wrong but that was my take on it if that makes sense
