The Arena will be a blog game that combines aspects of Survivor, Big Brother, the Amazing Race and the Challenge, all into one game.
There will be three tribes who will compete against each other in a challenge, and, while the winning tribe will NOT have immunity, they will have an advantage in the upcoming stages of the game.
Each tribe will then elect a kingpin who will basically assume the role of HoH, and nominate two people from their tribe. They will get to speak to the other two kingpins beforehand. After the kingpins choose their noms, there will be six noms total (two from each tribe). Everyone, including noms and kingpins get to vote out one person per tribe.
The person from each tribe with the most votes will be sent to the arena, which will be something like a head to head in the Amazing Race. One person will be either exiled (they're still in the game but will be removed from the group chat temporarily and returned to the arena the next dc) or eliminated (out of the game), depending on the round.
There will be two merges -- one from 3 tribes to 2, and one from 2 tribes to 1.
One eliminated person will be returned to the game, sometime before the second merge.
After the second merge, the remaining tribe will have two kingpins up to a certain point and then drop down to one. The arena will remain open, and the only control non-kingpin tribe mates will have is nominating their kingpin.
