At my school, I'm in newspaper club. Today I polled a bunch of people about there reading and computer habits. The first question was "How much time do you spend reading in a week?" The most common answer was none, the second most common answer was 1 hour. The second question was "How much time do you spend online a day?" The most common answer was 1-2 hours, but the second most common answer was 4 or more hours. Now I personally do not read enough and go on the computer more than I should, but it's very, very sad that most middle school kids spend more time online in a DAY than reading in a WEEK.
